Guys’ I did had a HORRIBLE experience flying with KINGFISHER, this really happenned on 20th of April. To be frank I did enquire the tickets on 19th, Airlines authorities have mentioned one of their flight have been grounded hence the evening flight will carry the passengers who are stranded off Afternoon flight, as my need was to get in to an early flight which can make me to Bangalore I opted for the flight on 20th April. All went cool in Check-in-Counter, Flight Attendants but got to see & know the REALITY when flight took off. The flight had seroius Air-Conditioning problem (Technical Snag) and hot air started coming off the AC nozzles, the flight after 5 minutes of flying had to be grounded. The flight had 2-3 infants were sweating, family and flight crew also tried to pacify those kids but all in vain even after 30 mins passed being grounded they didn’t allow passengers to alight the Aircraft to BUS (Stationed in the Bay) even when passengers were asking for it. There wasn’t any update from Captain mentioning the issue and updating the status related to error’s poor cabin crew people were cornered by the fellow passengers. In-between some ground staff members came inside the Aircraft and conveyed they were awaiting clearance from DGC, to allow passengers alight the flight and shifted to bus which is parked in the Airport Bay.

After enough drama, passengers forced the crew to make them board the bus. During flight I checked with passengers who normally travels in Cochin-Bangalore sector, they mentioned it isn’t happenning for the first time. The brand KINGFISHER sells but Technical Issues needs to be sorted and flights or any medium of Transport should hold good for any person so that Travelling becomes easy’. Atlast the fuel surcharge and other essential commodities which are charged under ticket are for the benefit of making aircraft carriers comfortable. We ourselves need to think the VALUE of one’s TIME coz there were Doctor’s and dignitaries in the flight who have missed connection flights to different destinations. They might have be in the flight for performing Surgery, attending conferences, meetings..the day was forgettable for them too..this made me write a review!

Whenever we value the basic ethics then only this nation will improve, if we ourselves don’t implement this values in our own LIVES then writing reviews and making one aware will all end in DEAF EAR’s.

The flight reached much late (2 hrs), travelling from New Bengaluru Airport to home took time & the day have gone wasted...!
