Good service, and facilities, especially - in flight entertainment.
Hope would soften

the volume when their signature tune plays. suddenly it goes so loud - and harsh.
Mr. Malya’s personal appearance and assurance - though had great novelty, is losing sheen, especially among frequent fliers.
Well groomed staff, at the counters as well as the in flight crew.
Announcements can improve a wee bit - especially from the pilots.
Safety video is a great idea - but time to change the (too sweet) model.
Cockpit’s view, too is a great idea - hope the relays continues right till we reach the parking bay.
Good food - but can assess veg / non veg ratio better to avoid running out of a certain kind of food.
Wonder why unlike other airlines, we get the shorter portion of the boarding pass ??

          

Look forward to travelling by A 380s. Like many first, hope this would also come through soon.
