I fly mostly Delhi-Bombay. Unmatched business class in the Indian skies - pretty good punctuality, service, cabin decor et al... food doesnt taste great but there is lots of it and is served well. The
only problem I face is their horrible call centre (dumb agents who can barely speak/understand English, and have the IQ level of a doormat).
The lounge is usually crowded at both airports and - since the airlines for some reason allows smoking (maybe Mr. Mallya smokes) - usually feels claustrophobic.
Like the gifts they give before take off - only if they changed them more frequently than once a month. I have half a dozen metal luggage tags and am trying to figure out what to do with them.
If youre flying business, go for Kingfisher - just make sure you book at their reservation offices, not the call centre - which can be an incredibly frustrating - even harrowing - experience when they get your booking wrong.
