Dr. Vijay Mallya puts it correctly- is it the king of good times?? I have travelled on Kingfisher more than 10 times to Delhi & Bangalore and the service has been satisfactory. A good experience in general. The flights were fairly on schedule. Food quality is okay. Seating space is generous enough for me and the comfort level is satisfactory. Normally I take the aisle seat to avoid any further inconvinience. The aircrafts have all reclining seats which in case of Jet Airways is not always feasible.
Tickets are expensive. They should improve the check in counter service. Its is tad too slow. The airline staff should be little more polite. The online booking process should be made a little more easier. And moreover they should offer a better rewards program for frequent fliers than what is offered at present.
