KF is good; but definitely not the best! Considering the price you pay (its the costliest airline in Indian as of now), you end up getting an inferior service.

Bookings: Their website is very slow and takes ages to load. The flight search taken atleast 10 minutes plus taxes etc. are not displayed until you reach the final page.

Check-in: The worst part of this airline is the ridiculously small number of check in counters at all airports. I mean, look at Indian and Jet. They have 10-12 counters at every major airport. KF has at most 2 counters at any airport. Delhi airport has just 2 counters which forces you to wait atleast 45 minutes in peak hours.

Pricing: Definitely not worth the service provided. Choose Jet or Indian for a better service at lower cost. The timings of most flights are also not very comfortable.

In-flight services: The personalised entertainment system may be good, but now its available on Jet too. The food was aweful! On Goa-Delhi flight, they once served some paneer dish which was stinking badly. Even the other food items like rice, fruits etc. are very bad. The cabin crew is very amature, they make many mistakes while serving food etc. I had to ask thrice for an extra bottle of water.

Punctuality: Good. Haven’t been on a delayed KF flight till now.

Bottomline: Choose Jet or Indian instead.
