i bought flyte just 2 months ago from auth dealer at ranigunj, secunderabad.
so far the promised freebies have not been given such as helmet etc.
the accessories provided are at higher rates than those obtained from local market. the person in the front office is all lies.
service:- better to stand next to your scooter. if you donot, they dont do a sincere job.
cold start problems exist even in this temp at 43 deg centigrade.
the spark plug requires frequnet cleaning and it is not easily accessible.
mileage is a major issue .. you hardly get 35 km. the promised increase does not take place even after second servicing.
customer care is very poor. in fact, the behaviour of the supervisor in the work shop floor is repulsive. you definitely dont get value for money.
two positive points:- lots of under seat space as compared to hond activa.

in essence flyte is a cheap import of taiwanese vehicle sold by kinetic which has since been taken over by mahindra. in fact, the only contribution of mahindra has been to purchase a loss making kinetic brand and put its label. the quality control and after sales customer service are both pathetic.
please learn a lesson at my cost.

further to my earlier review. exactly at the 1000KM mark, the odometer has stopped functioning. the starting problems have only got compounded. added to that is the dramatic fall in the average ti 30 KM. the service station wants to charge me money as the first free service is already over and the second free service is not yet due.hence they want to charge money. once again i request all the prospective customers to never ever buy this product from kinetic
