I bought Sym Flyte in June 08, initially this product was good, getting good mileage, great ride on bumpy roads,etc what ever dealer and company promised. 6 months back i met with an accident and headlite dome got damaged, i approached dealer and asked him to fix this, dealer refused to fix it because there are no spares as of now..they fixed it temporarly.

and one more things, this bike petrol tank got some issues, company knows the problem and they are mum on this instead recalling all the bikes..as am filling the tank at gas station i observed petrol was leaking, immediatly approached one dealer on the way to office in raniganj. first thing sales man resisted taking my bike for repair because i didn’t buy this bike in that showroom(this kind of customer service they provide), after arguement he allowed it. evening i went to collect my bike, they told me its problem with petrol tank and you have to wait for sometime as lots of bike are in queue. i got realy pissed off and shouted before some customer who bought the bike in that showroom. this issue went to notice on MD of that showroom and he was so rude as salesman whom i spoke in the morning and i replied in same tone as MD did, he was speechless he kept quite.

before i bought this bike i did some research in mouthshut.com and decided to buy SYM . after 1 year of launch of this bike got no spare parts available with dealers incase required and very poor customer service which really an issue. its multiplies our problems.

What am trying to say is, Please don’t buy this Sym Flyte and suffer rest of your life.
