read my experiance before puchasing Flyte

but quaility is not good as i seen in six days tube is fulty



          
    I purchased Kinetic SYM Flyte silver color Rs. 45,000/- on May 15, 2008 from Soniya Kinetic, Chembur. That day their worker forget
the key inside the seat during note down the engine number and closed the seat. for opening the seat they called a local mechanic and in front of me he opened all scooter and removed the key and lost the one nut also they put old matching nut after telling about that he put a new nut from other flyte. i told them you cancel my booking they told me its small mistake sir, otherwise come after two day we cannot cancel. Anyhow i cool down and take it that one.
     After that it running properly no problem but on May 21, 2008 (my birth day) morning approx. 1100 am back wheel air lost i think it may be puncher so i take it to for repairing but the man told me your tube is opened from joint its not possible to repair other wise it will opened again its faulty you replace it with your company its quality is very poor even though tube also poor quality according to mechanic. (its my very bad birthday main paseena-paseena ho gaya mechanic ki dhukan tak jate jate aur ye sun ker ki tube bekar ka hai. i think this is the gift from your company for me its very bad experience i am very upset ugar six days may ye fault ka pata chala hai to aage aur kya kya kharab niklega pata nahi). regarding tube replacement dealer told me company me baat karega aur uske dusare din maine phir dealer ko call kiya to usne pir bhola company me baat karega and not replied me what is the company answered?
i think this is my mistake jo logo ka kahna nahi mana ki Activa lo aur new features aur new model per bharosa ker liya aur ab bewakooph ban gaya.
.....................today on 06/06/08  I am updating my review again.
After submitting this review company responed and told me you have to give your tube with bill to our service centre and get it cash for tube only. service center far away from my place so i told them i am able to give it to dealer only. they again told me o.k. u give it to dealer and contact after one week. after getting money back i will write down again.
 ///////But today i faced new problems after one rain in mumbai my flyte head light not working and start switch also jammed it not come back automatic i should have to push it back. now within 2-3 days i will go for serviceing then i will again tell .............
