I have used this travels before and had a decent experience. But there is something up with buses to Goa? Or just the entire sleeper buses?
We booked for a lower seats but someone requested us to exchange them to upper seats. We were generous enough to do that and boom! I almost lost my memory as I was banging into these rods and the everything else even when there was a TINY BUMP! It was 14 hours filled with OUCHES.
Then during the return we had the lower seats but unfortunately they were in the last and bam! Bed bugs say hello to you while you are struggling hard to sleep within this entire screwed up drive.
The blankets were filled with bugs and I had to keep scratching myself . looking for the bugs and they are everywhere!
I keep aside the f'd up blanket and request the bus facility to provide me another blanket because obviously the A/c was way too much and they were broken so no one could have stopped them from freezing your head to toe!
The facility reluctantly nodded their heads left to right without saying a single word! I repeat my question again and they say NO EXTRA BLANKETS WILL BE PROVIDED. ADJUST WITH THE ONE YOU HAVE! I showed them all the rashes over my hands and legs and they leave without responding!
I had to adjust with a tiny scarf I had and again the bugs attacked me later that night and this time there was blood. Since the beds were white, the stains were pretty clear.
Do I hate kesineni? NO. Will I travel in their sleeper or semi sleepers again? HELL NO!
There is a lot of space for improvement and THEY GOT TO CLEAN THE DAMN BUS BEFORE EVERY RIDE. Specially if they are charging bloody 1500 per person PLUS TAXES!
