I had booked two sleeper seats for my travel from Hyd-Goa on Sep 3, 2015(redBus Ticket - TH9X24263745). On Sep 29 I got a call from Kesineni stating that their administrator office has cancelled the bus service and they take no responsibilities of the inconvenience caused.
I have back problems for which I had booked a sleeper bus. When I told this to the customer care they advised me to handle this situation on my own and they hold no responsibility. Now I had to cancel all my booking, hotel reservations/return tickets just because of Kesineni Travels. I am really very upset and agitated with such kind of an experience.
