I have travelled in kesineni(11R718) from HYD to MUMBAI on 26th Jan 2015. I was supposed to be dropped at 8 am at SION. But what happned is totally DIFFERENT, DISGUSTING AND IRRITATING. Bus entered in Pune at 5.25 AM and most of the passengers are till pune.
So, the driver was moving all over the city to gather the people who wants to go mumbai and make money out of that. Bus left pune at 8.30 am. I was dropped at SION at 10.40. I have asked the driver about this and he was reckless and irresponsible. Just for petrol filling they wasted 30 minutes. I dont know if these extra pasengers money will be given to management or shared among those gys.
DUE TO THIS I HAVE MISSED VERY IMPORTANT INTERVIEWS. You call yourselves as best service ever. THIS IS A SHITTY SERVICE YOU PROVIDE. I want some to contact me on my mobile in next 24 hours else I will post about this social networking, spread in my groups and alert all I know to never travel in KESINENI. TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH CHEAP AND SUBSTANDARD SERVICE.
