Kesari - mauritius honeymoon tour. Review on Kesari Tours, Pune

Hello Sir/Madam,

I had recently toured mauritius in your honeymoon so called special tour for couple with kesari. My dream holiday was planned by my friend n tour agent of kesari.My tour was just n just on trust of my local agent and good name of kesari but really was disaster. My dream holiday was completly spoiled. After spending huge amount for this tour I was really disappointed and shocked as I had never ever expected such worst service from kesari tours.Before giving review on any other social platform I thought to share my experience with you and hope for some positive impact so that in future I can  trust on you guys.

Here I am to share my viewpoints because my DREAM HOLIDAYS WERE COMPLETLY SPOILED:

1.) Hotel changed at end moment and that too worst.

2.) Bedroom were really worst.For honeymoon couples bath tub and dressing mirror are basic but in this Riu Hotel le morne adults only room were pathetic.No bath tub no mirror and no ROOM SERVICE AT ALL.

3.) Am gujarati and PURe VEG and at hotel I have to face BEEF( cow is our holy goddess) pork pig and many nonveg.and our buffet dinner n lunch was common that is in same one vessel non veg and veg was kept together.

On requesting our so CARING tour guide Mr.V.S he said " kha le non-veg kya fark padta hai" in english eat nonveg it hardly matters. I have paid huge amount so that I can have veg food and reasonable service which I was deprived off.

4.) Complete change in iternary. First day were on south tour were as iternry it was north.we have finished all sight seeing in continuous first three days.was so hectic that it looks like were on adventrous tour and not Honeymoon. GLASS BOTTOM BOAT WAS NOT DONE WERE AS WAS IN ITERNARY. Were given two days complete free on 1st jan and 2nd jan.

And on last day have carried out north tour.

5.) CARING TOUR MANAGER V.S: After complaining about food he said eat non-veg it hardly matters, have hurted my religious sentiments.Being a tour manager we have seen him enjoying himself and hardly cared about veg-guests. He infact said me that I am his SHANI GRUH just because I have complained about food and room. instead of arranging and caring about guest he insults them.this is hardly expected from huge brand like you.

6.) Honeymoon freebies:

As told and seen that many companies do offer freebies/special arrngmnt for new year eve, candlelight dinner, bottle of wine I bedroom, we were even not getting basic dinner and bath tub so forget about rest.

Overall was pathetic experience with kesari for first time. I hope I will have a positive reply and action from you guys but one thing for sure in future I will make sure that if tour guide is V.S I will just advice not to go on trip and if hotel is changed atleast rooms should be good becauae after spending huge amount atleast basic food amd room one can expect.So overall rating is poor.I just and just didnt cancelled my trip because of my trust on my local agent and brand name of kesari but was highly disappointed.

So please forward to top management before its too late and do take some action to regain the lost trust.Hope for positive response.
