Very bad touring experience. Review on Kesari Tours, Pune

I had booked a tour for my honeymoon through Kesari tours. We were going to visit Hong Kong, Macau& Singapore. The pre-tour service was good. I feel the need to warn each and every traveler that whenever you are booking a tour please go through the itenary& flight schedule properly. These guys wasted 4 days of our trip(total 9 days) in traveling. Our first stop was Hong Kong, so these guys went via Singapore wasting 5 hrs on Singapore airport where as we could have directly reached Hong Kong& saved time.

These guys promised 4-5 star hotels but we got 2.5-3 star hotels. They don't even reveal the hotel names so we couldn't google them before. On our first day we got only 45 minutes for shopping which was due to extremely bad planning. These guys promised Indian food but we got stale & halfheartedly made Indian food.

We did oversee all this but what these guys did next was simply unacceptable. After Hong Kong we where taken to Macau& for our return journey these guys left us on the Macau island. WHAT F*KING IDIOTS!

We had to manage on our own to return from Macau to Hong Kong which involved going to ferry station, booking a ferry, completing immigration& getting back to our hotel in Hong Kong. People in Hong Kong don't speak english so we had a very difficult time getting around. We had a tour guide with us( Miss Puja)& it was her responsibility to make sure that each& every passenger is present. She made this terrible blunder& when we contacted her superior authorities she put all the blame on us, good work Kesari guys!

But it was our honeymoon so we let go this event& decided to enjoy what was left of our tour. We reached Singapore, it was a very beautiful city. The Singapore experience was nice, only our hotel rooms were crappy& again these guys didn't give any time for shopping.The tour guide was boring& had all the bookish information which anyone can get google& get.

Our main idea of booking Kesari tour was the 24X7 present tour guide& Indian food. The food which we got was extremely pathetic& it also smelled bad, the tour guide forgot us in Macau which beats the purpose of having her.

These guys even charged us more than what the other tour operators were charging but the service which we got was not worth it.Overall Kesari tours successfully managed to ruin our honeymoon& spoil our tour.
