Want a TORTUROUS vacation - Go for Kesari!. Review on Kesari Tours, Mumbai

I could’ve simply booked this tour through a local tour operator. The only reason I paid a premium and booked with Kesari was that I thought you would take care of me and my family. But that was really not the case. From the moment I stepped on Mumbai Airport till the moment my flight landed back at Mumbai, the tour was utter chaos. I mean it. Not even exaggerating. I reach Mumbai Airport at 4 am and I am told my tour is delayed. I depart from Srinagar for Mumbai, and airport authorities tell me I have to stay at Kashmir an extra night. WHY? And, due to this gross mismanagement between Kesari and GoAir(very poor choice of airlines for the premium services you promise) we passengers were left stranded at the airport. We were not even told who will arrange for our stay, if extended. Everyone is busy playing the blame game. When told that Kesari must do a 24-hour-prior check-in, the Kesari Office blames it on the Tour Manager, and Tour Manager blames it on the Kesari Office. What on earth is this? Are you not clear on what your duties are? Kesari promised us some excellent accommodation and food. Kesari promised that we shall be cared for. Instead, we were on our own the entire tour. The tour managers were making life even more difficult. There was no proper information given at any stage.  I must say, Kesari tours has been my worst experience.
