I feel this review is:
Took full amount of 2 tickets from my widowed aunt and her daughter without obtaining schengen visa. Claimed to book air tickets and hotel and then refused to refund the amount fraudently taken by them on the plea that no cancellation charges are allowed.
Thugs.
