This Review is regarding our Honeymoon tour to kerala & tamilnadu arranged by Sanguine Holidays in the month of January 2008 from 5th
to the 16th.
I came to know about Sanguine Holidays through a friend of mine and i am very happy to say that his recommendation was flawless. It was the tour to be remembered life long. From the moment we reached trivandrum till the moment we were dropped at coimbatore. The tour was of 12 days but we never came to know how did all those days passed. My wife was so happy about the arrangements done, that was good thing for me because it was my decision to visit kerala for our honeymoon instead of going abroad.
The quality of hotels provided was really good and one of the best hotels in the respective destinations as we had asked to fit in our budget. Travencore heritage in kovalam, Hosueboat in Alleppey, kumarakom lagoon in kumarakom, hotel tree top in thekkady, hotel Blackberry in munnar, Kodai International in kodaikanal and lastly Kings Cliff in ooty. I can still remember the time spend there at the time of writing this mail.
The best part was the add-ons provided by Sanguine Holidays. It was really a nice surprise to meet Sumode of Sanguine Holidays who made the arrangements during our tour, he told me that they will meet all their customers, this also a good thing. This will help to make a personal relation. They had requested the hotels to take extra care as we were honeymoon couple. That is the main difference between the top most agencies and Sanguine Holidays. The personal touch provided by them was unforgettable. They had given us 24/7 reachable contact numbers but they were of no use for us as everything planned and arranged was so systematic.
Kindly convey our regards to the driver (Mr. Babu) as well. Even if there was language difference us,he never let us feel that. He used to be there even before we could get ready and come down the lobby. We were not asked to do the sightseeing quickly as most of the travel agencies do. We were given sufficient time at each and every spot. And moreover long journeys were made so easy by him. We were happy to see such an professioanlism. The condition of the ac indica car was admirable and well maintained as well. I was told by the driver that each and every vehicle goes to servicing after the tour gets over so there wont be any problem for the next lined up tour. We really appreciate all this.
We dont need to say that whenever we will be visiting kerala for a holiday, it will be Sanguine Holidays who will be arranging and managing our tour plan. We dont even need to recommend Sanguine to anyone because all those who have seen our pictures, have already taken thier contact details from us.
