Destination - Kozikode alias Calicut

The Route - Bangalore...Mysore...Gundulpet...Sultan Bathery...Wayanad...Calicut...Kappad Beach.

Stay - Kappad Beach Resort...A wonderful place for some silent slip off from the huzz-buzz of bangalore..

highlights - The awesome sound of the beach waves hitting the shore...the late nite walk on the beach and encounters with loads of Crabs...early morning meet with the fishermen...a couple of shots of "toddy" with fish fry...nose dive into the fierce beach...sitting and watching the Dolphins surf...
and man it is thrilling to be at the spot where "Vasco Da gama set foot...he must have been a freaky adventurer...how we envy him...dont we???

I was caught often wondering why people need all these industrialization and concrete menaces...killing the natural wonders...I fully agree that we must modernize, evolve, etc etc but cant it happen staying close to nature????
I feel it might be really really difficult, one cant blame anyone for this...

But as there is a ray of "hope" - as in pandoras box...we still have places of absolute beauty and get away...whether you want "The Urban Way" or "The Rustic Way" - YOU CHOOSE...

By the way if you want to know what I have chosen I live in the urban way ( earlier chosen) and shortly going to move to the Rustic way ( My current Choise)...

The Deep Blue Ocean always has been my lady temptress seducing me with her waves...she is sending strong gestures of invitation..hold on lady...i am coming !!!!!!!!!!
