I am using this RO Filter since 7 months and now I regret to have purchased this product. I bought it for 14.5k. and I had already spend 4k for change of parts/filters. The service person mentions that you need to change these filters every year. this means You pay the full cost of the machine every 3 year! Really?! Such high cost of maintenance for water purifier is beyond any rationale. This not good for such a brand if you keeps on spending money for it's maintanence. Then you must opt for the chinese products. Firstly, their parts are VERY EXPENSIVE. Second, THESE EXPENSIVE PARTS ARE A VERY BAD QUALITY WHICH ARE NOT LONG LASTING!
There is no doubt that style and design of this filter is damm too good and features are also good and must say it purifies it properly. But customer service is too bad and sometimes they don't even pick there call. That's why I would not recommend for it. If you can spend money in it;s maintanence then most welcome.
