The product is ok for the initial 1 year. Later every 3 months need to call for servicing. Annual maintenance cost becomes more then the product cost. And after sales service is really pathetic. Worst part is warranty for spares is only 3 months and RO membrane which comes for 3-4 months is around 2700 INR+ service man charge is 350 INR.
So before buying think 100 times.
I bought this product in Feb 2016 and I had to contact the Customer Service 3 times already in 6 months for different issues each time and it is very hard get the service done.
