I feel this review is:
I bought this under sink water filtration product because it saves space in kitchen. Product is nice but service is horrible. The customer service group people want you to talk nicely to them but don't care about service at all. The technician calls but never visits the house and closes the ticket giving himself a 5 star rating. They force you to talk in hindi or telugu because the service people don't know English. Horrible horrible service.
