I am using KENT Ro from last one year. There is no service which is provided by the company. Though the product is under warranty for 1 year and the company claim that they provide service only on demand. I have had the worst experience with the company. When I register a complaint after long waiting some technician visited my place and without even testing the RO suggested to replace three filters costing 5k. While they claim the product is under warranty still the customer end up paying double the cost.
They never tell their customers that buying a KENT RO holds two type of cost. One which is fixed which you pay while purchasing the product and recurring cost is the other one which you end up paying till the end of your RO Life which comes out to be 4 to 5 times of your RO cost.
I am highly disappointed by KENT RO after sales service plus the service technician recruited by company are never trained and their attitude is very negative and unfriendly with the customer.
I would recommend buyers to be cautious of buying KENT RO. There are better alternatives in market as compared to this
