I have never seen such a pathetic response from any company till date. I brought one kent Ro grand+ water purifier on dated 11sept-16 one day before & faced problem in one days dated 13th sept-16, purifier having manufacturing defect from day one, when I contacted to kent personnel to change my purifier as only two days passed they refused to do the same, even they are not bothered to rectify the problem & I am running here & there . now I am planning to throw the defective purifier to shop from where I brought & file a case in consumer forum .i any kent personnel feel some moral obligatorily please response.
