I am person from the RO field only and I have worked in kent too, I have personal Experience due to company policies service men fit ungeniune and non bramded parts in the machine even when machine is under warranty, stop using dove membrain kent started to manufacture there own membrain but believe me they degraded quality its just junk product one should never go for kent because of its wrost service, very bad channel network, and wrost strategies of Mahesh gupta who is CMD of company he is only concern about marketing there is no such seriousnes have been found in solving service issues, I have seen many machines which stop working on the same day of installation after wasting whole 15-20k on RO one can not afford this kind of issues so dont go for the product of Kent.
