I am a KENT RO user for last 8 years. I am getting it serviced every year, spending 2.5 to 3000/- Indian rupees.
The service charge earlier was 300/- and now it is 345/- .
It is very sad to see that there is no standardisation for service- what a service engineer is supposed to do when he checks? the engineer come check and replaces(SELL) some part of the RO system and goes away.
If you ask him where he has been trained- he says only by working with another senior person for last 1-2 years.
We are spending so much of money - it is like 2 to 3 thousands every year- as a consumer we have right to know after sales service and what are the components of service- there are no guidelines from KENT to customer.
There are no trained service engineer- when they do a visit and charge 345/- for one visit- what are they supposed to check? they do not know?
The water storage tank is not cleaned for 2 years, and there is no guidance.
SO FOR GOD shake please do some justice to the CUSTOMERS who are loyal and faithful to you.
Unless some body goes to Consumer court for the frequently arising problem due to inefficient and untrained service engineers working in authorised service centres at least in ANGUL, RAIPUR and BHUBANESWAR- I have bills/money receipts with dates.
