I got Kent RO purchased Jan 2016 and in one year I have lodged 14 complaints with them every day and then their is problem and customer care service is very poor even their service man is recommending to buy aqua fresh products rather than Kent . Even after so many complaints in Dec they changed few parts now after two months again had problem all filters and membrane gone in just three months in total and they charge me 5000 for all this and says they don't have guarantee more than one year and it's electronic product so anything can happpen they even don't take warranty of their parts just putting blame on quality of water coming in our society .
Worst ever products sold by. Kent RO company and worst ever services.
