Problem is only when electricity is not available.
Absense of electricity make Kent Ro System totally unuseful.

Service & support from company is little bit okay.
Kent Ro System overall is a great system for cleaning water for common people. And also it is so easy to use.
Money value is little bit up to the chart but that's fine.
