Annot begin to tell you how pathetic Kent RO is.
I got a new Kent water purifier installed and it got spoilt on the fifth day itself! We thought it was the initial installation hitch and called their support team to fix the problem which they did. But every month this RO gets spoilt and these people have to be called in to repair it. Every month!
The problem? The filter and membrane(which are the most important parts in the RO) keep'bursting' and have to be replaced every time. We never paid for it because it was in the warranty period but warranties get over. So we requested them to replace the piece which they did not. The membrane and the filter cost RS. 1000 and Rs. 2700. No sane person should pay for this.
Their support team that comes to repair the filter are pathetic and rate themselves'excellent' in their feedback form on their own. They don't even ask you to fill it and you will only be notified about it afterwards by a text message.
Kinelly pay heed to this and other reviews and don't buy this piece of garbage. WASTE OF MONEY!
