Specifications: The product is one of the old selling product in India. This product is one of the trusted product too, but it have some complains too like poor customer service, slow service and other. According to me this product is good and it 100% purifies the water but yes it need service after every 1-2 months which is the drawback of the product.
This product is user friendly as it is easy to operate and it gave good quality water too.
This product is durable as we are using it from 3 years and we have just one complain that after 5-6 months of use it requires service after every 1-2 months.
This product is very Handy, very convenient to handle or use.
Style and Design of the product are quite impressive and makes it neat and clean.
Service and Support is quite slow and should be improved.
