I feel this review is:
I bought kent ro grand plus, which was a great mistake I ever made. Every year I have to spent huge money at least Rs. 5000/- to maintain it. They never repair any part and they make premium money to replace their parts and you never get their parts in open market. It seems kent just want to steel money in the name of service - all of their "genuine" parts which they charge you premium will never go more than an year. Their service engineer said to me that their company make their parts to work for an year.
