I feel this review is:
I had used the Kent RO System and while it was working fine at the beginning, problems started to occur after one month of using it. The water quality started to dip automatically. Then one day the machine stopped working. I was in shock to see that happen to one month old machine. I then called Kent customer service and their technician was unable to fix the problem. He suggested to exchange it with a new one. I have no choice but to agree with him and exchange it with a new water purifier that works well!
