I Purchased Kent RO(Grand+) Just 1 week back. It worked for 2 days and stopped working. I complained to the Customer Care By phone and through the App., 3 Days back. Every Day I am doing the same since 3 days. Every time the customer care executive tells he will allot a service engineer. No Person at least called me and asked about the problem. Sales Manager Mr. Kr* said big big words about the product before selling it to me. As I called him after the problem, He simply said to complain it to the customer care and put down the phone. Friends! my sincere request to all of you who are willing to buy the product. Please do not buy from KENT.
