First thing is item it self is very costly in compare other available brands in the market.
Use of point of view is good not such complicated as other available in market.
Durability is not so long as the price.
Cleaning from outer side is very easy but tank(water storage) cleaning is very hard job.Even we are not able see inside condition without opening it. Design wise water storage should be transparent where we can see internal condition of the water storage tank.It looks normal no any designing work carried out on the product. No any extra ordinary feature given by Kent.Water pump normal(Indian Desi) they have used. Membrane used by kent in not so good. It is availble in market in 950 rupees but when you by it from kent service center you have to pay 2500 rupess.
Service and support also so not good. if you need help from them call tham every day then only you will get help/ support from them.
Personally I will not recommend it to any body better go to your local market take assemble one and get your local support any time free of cost.May be they give you additional support.
