I've made a biggest mistake by not going to reviews of the company, ofcourse I found 90/100 negative reviews. Company is making fool to customers in terms of warranty, most of the costlier parts are not covered in the warranty like filters etc. only they cover few parts which are inexpensive. Most important, the parts hardly works for 2-3 months, means it'll cost you 3 times in a year. For support you've to wait for 4-5 days for a service man till then you can manage by purchasing water from shops, service man's are all ill-literate they don't have manners how to talk and behave. They'll never tell you warranty terms before purchase, they just be sweet and tell you don't worry everything is covered in the warranty when it comes they'll treat you badly. overall never recommend the product to anyone and never ever buy. company should pay amount to quality process instead hema malini.
