I feel this review is:
Even after having registered, they took 3 hours on the phone(not joking) just to book a service. Very rude and extremely irritating customer support and several hundred steps to do this. The system of fixing issues is completely out of place. Made me repeat my address and phone number 5-6 times and kept refusing to finish the conversation and was randomly putting me on hold for 15 mins at a time for no reason. Extremely frustrating experience.
