The service was very very worst .In the warenty period they never came to service the kent.After so many request or call they came.After warranty they charged 300 for visit. In my case with in one month of changing the filter again purifier breakdown.When informed they take request and automatically with in 2 days closed it without visit.Again I called customer care they take request and again visiting charge 300 and again change another filter worth 3100.Before
in first case they charged 1300 .So after warranty it will cost me around 4400.
The service person was not so efficent to handel the root cause.
Worst .Very worst.
