We have'Kent Grand' RO system purchased way back in Dec. 2012, in Bengaluru. Since then, the performance of this RO system has been very poor. Even more pathetic is services rendered by their service provider " Aqua World" based out of Jayanagar area of Bangaluru. It requires weeks time to get their engineer to attend the complaints. The latest example is the present one where we had raised complaint on 14th June 2017 and after about four days, their service mechanic visited our home and informed about replacement of some expensive parts. The frequent problem with this RO system is overflowing of water in the machine due to bursting of internal parts which had happened in just Feb 2017 and we paid hefty amount to repair it. Now the same problem has occurred and said to be burnt the motors, adopter, whole lot of inside wiring etc all because of faulty functioning of this machine. This in not end of story. Since then we have been calling their/Aqua world call centre to send the service engineer along with the required spare parts all at our cost as we don't have AMC which was closed looking at their poor quality service, but the persons responding go on giving false promises of sending the engineers. Till date, no one has turned up. This is the story of KENT RO having relatively good refutation.
