Writing a review out of frustration about the services and the product.the product gives you more problem after each service. Once you call the service guy be sure of calling him again after 15 days. After every 4-6 months be sure of spending 1500/- to 3000/- for various parts changes.The problem never seems to end. Also, the service guy will charge you his fees even in a duration of a weeks time.
Till today we have already spent four times the cost of the product itself.I wonder if it is better to buy water.
I really hope to get a call from Kent authorities or someone who understands our problem.
