I am having this Kent Ro water purifier. Ma dad had bought it a year ago. I called to its showroom and ordered it and they told that it will be installed within two days. But they took five days to come amd install it. The body design is good enough. Its easy to use. The build quality is also very good. But its weight is a little bit heavy which creates difficulty in moving it. In the beginning, it was giving good quality of water and the taste was also very good. But after four months of use, I had to change the filter because it was not working properly. Its service is not good at all. They do not work on time. And also they charge more amount as expected. It consumes electricity more as compared to other water purifiers. It need a lot of maintenance after every 4-5 months. So, it is not so durable. I am not fully satisfied at all. Becuase its service is not so appreciable.
