This the worst A/C that I have seen and I believe anyone would have. From the day one this A/C had issues. I have logged several complaints with Kenstar to reduce the Indoor noise that that the A/C was making but the Issue persisted for almost 9 months. Meanwhile It had an electronic issue which was fixed by them.
Now after a year the Outdoor Unit is completely gone. All of a sudden the cooling of the A/C stopped and indoor unit had water dripping. Then I logged a complain with them and the service person told that the outdoor units Aluminum condenser is worn out and has be replaced. Now I have to spend Rs.7500 to get that replaced. So the Unit cost is Now RS 34000. To invest such a huge amount in this worst product instead I honestly suggest you all to go for a better brand like LG, Voltas, Onida which when I enquired was much cheaper and 100% Copper condenser.
SO NEVER EVER EVEN THINK OF BUYING THIS A/C
