we are from a joint family and at the same time i got a samsung refrigerator and my BIL got kelvinator. both of us had some problem with our own refrigerators......but samsung service guy came within one hour of complaint and called up next day to confirm whether  i was satisfied with service.
Where as kelvinator fridge had a bigger problem...door doesnt close , it does not defrost, water leaks etc etc  and its been three weeks and inspite of continues complaint there has been no service and we are stuck  with a fridge which is acting like an almirah for us.
and if we go on kelvinator site there is no helpcentre call number
never never buy kelvinator..............though we have been using kelvinator for three generations now.  but now we regret our  decisions.

the service guys came tried to fix the problem but could not and later we had to go again and they never came back. this refrigerator was bought from amardeep electronics phase 3BII mohali punjab!!!
