Being a victim of deep facial scarring since childhood and severe acne in my teens.
I had developed a sort of sadness about the way I looked over time. I always wanted my face to be clear and wondered what it would be like to have a spotless visage.
While I wished it was so, I am a realist and did not expect miracles to happen if I ever decided to get it treated. In fact, when I finally decided to visit Kaya(just to inquire if anything could be done mind you), I did not have the illusion of coming out looking fantastic or anything like that.
The decision on which Kaya Clinic to visit was a big thing in itself. I live in Richmond town and was wondering on whether to approach the VM road or the MG road clinic. After hearing a few good things from folks about the MG road location, I decided to pay a visit there. Just finding the clinic was a chore(I had noted that it is located in the famous Prestige Meridian building on MG road but it's difficult to locate and there is no indication as to where it exists). However, on reaching the place, I was pleasantly surprised at the setup and the service.
After my consult, I was suggested a series of microdermabrasion sessions. After 4 or so sessions, I was quite amazed at the results not just to my scar but over my entire face. In addition to the scar becoming fine, a lot of the miserable acne was gone as well. Needless to say, I was so satisfied and elated with the results and I really wanted to share my experience with others. Kaya for me has changed the way I look and more importantly how I feel and after a long time, I am thrilled to look in the mirror.
I would really recommend this microdermabrasion procedure at Kaya to folks who might want to take care of similar facial problems as I notice an overall improvement on my face(and not just the scar area). The face is red for a day or two but the skin gets so much better afterwards. The procedure is costly but I really can't crib given the life altering experience I've had. Also, the service was professional and the doctor spent a lot of time on me unlike other places I've visited. So, a big thumbs up from me for Kaya.
