I am highly obliged for being honoured by your staff by paying Rs.500 as tips that too in advance. I visited your restaurant at 10:15 pm on Saturday. Initially I had to sit in bar as the entire restaurant was occupied. I was made to sit for 30 minutes but none of your executives attended us. Then I had to pay Rs.500 as tip through my debit card so as to being attended by your people. Shamelessly, your executive accepted the same and I had no other option but to leave te premised being harassed. I brought this fact to the notice other senior executive but of no vail. I am willing to credited your account for Rs500/- per day as tip for being treated as a customtakeouter. II keep my rights reserve to approach appropriate court for redress al of my grievance. The conduct of your people is quite unheard of in the present set of era of competition. I have decided to not come in future in your restaurant and advised the same to others.
