Amitabh’s KBC has revolutionised the concept, philosophy and production technique of a serial. It was a rare experience to watch this serial- initially four times a week, then thrice a week, reduced to twice a week and lastly only on Tuesdays, before it departed. But, I am confident that it will come back with a bang. It used to sharpen the mental skills of the viewers, with better General Knowledge Quotients. My questions to Star Plus are : Did they conduct a scientific opinion poll of the viewers ? Did they ask the participants about their opinion ? It is really unfortunate that Star Plus has taken a unilateral decision in the matter.
