KBC is one programme which I am watching regularly.
It is rare I have missed an episode.
I am normally fast with the fastest finger answers and tell I have given the answer in 4 seconds or five
seconds.
Almost invariably my answers are right.
My family says I should be there on the hot seat as I seem to know most of the answers. Well , not all.
Some, like the questions on movies have me stumped.
I have been able to get through to the KBC lines and get the answers right.
Once I got an answer wrong on a film star.
Then the wait for the day to check whether I was amongst the randomly selected.
As I contacted they wanted me to write the number.I had no pen and paper so initially I missed some opportunities.
Once the phone went dead.
Next time I waited the whole day for the call to come but it did not come.
This has happened a number of times.
Trying to get connected to the computer itself takes a lot of time and effort and if you get through you are tired.
I wonder if I get the line , then whether I will get the answer right and whether I will be in the select few and if I reach there then whether I would be the fastest finger man and then so many ifs and buts.
The most intriguing is how to read the signals which the great Amitabh Bachchan seems to give.
People keep on saying see he has given the hint.
some ladies appear to be adept in getting the cue from his face, tone and the way he looks or glances or emphasizes the words and says some things about the available lifelines.
And of course no one knows all the answers, so chance and knowledge and luck will play their part.
This keeps the game show alive and interesting.
