I went to kasauli with my family and my friends family, idea was to have a good time with family so that kids can also relax.We booked Kasauli Castle for 3 nights and checked in on saturday noon, and was tehre till Sunday Morning .Due to a emergency at home we have to come back on Sunday itself so we asked the Kasauli Castle Management to check out and make our bill . To our utter surprise the guy have refused and has asked us to pay for full 3 nights even we are not staying with him and he actually forced us to do that, being at a place where I know no one me and my friend has to pay for all 3 nights even we checked out in less than 24 hours from hotel. This was the worst experience I ever had with any of the Hotels in world as I am a frequent traveller. I will never forget that Sunday morning which took away my peace of mind and I felt cheated by Kasauli Castle Management. It seems they have not heard any word like Hospitality and are there just to snatch money from guests . We booked two Suites to have the best possible relaxation, but suites were as good as normal rooms and bathrooms were having a constant smell . Space was ample for a family and food was average . I would say if some one is looking for peaceful vacations ,he should look for some other hotel but not Kasauli Castle as that was nightmare when somebody treats you like this at his hotel. Staff of Kasauli Castle was good which is just opposite to the management of Hotel Kasauli Castle. A repenting traveller ......... still wondering ..why did I choose kasauli castle where you are forcesd to give money
