I have bought K310 2 weeks ago.Immediately I found the issue with speakers and replaced the handset in the shop.then the next day I found the issue with headset and gave it to UTL service center in chennai.They dragged for 2 weeks and finally told that they cant rectify the problem and get the new one from shop.they gave the letter for replacement to the shop.I visited the shop again and got the new handset.I tested there and found the same headset issue with that new one also.All the 3 handset I got are having problem.Looks like karbonn is marketing the mobiles even without testing them properly.
Finally I bargained with the shop and they agreed to return the money and asked to get some mobile from other brand.
The lesson learnt from this is, any mobile can have problem.But they are invisible atleast for quite few months.But with karbonn, i found issues with in 30mins.It means that they dont test the quality of the handset they sell it in the market.They are literally trying to cheat the customers.
Another worst part is their service.They are not reachable in any mode either through mail or customer care number they given in their warranty card. Only thing is, you have to some how find the service center.They are also very cool and not in a mood to take care the customers.
I guess Karbonn in planning to sell off some mobiles to be thrown in dustbin and make some money.then run away from market
