When I chose kabonn A5 star as my first smart phone I never thought would be so nightmarish .
After 1 week only my touchpad was not working.
Some how I was able to get it exchanged from dealer warranty. However problems continued with next one as well, but I was somehow managing it until recently it completely stopped responding.
That time I went to service center who asked me to deposit phone and gave me job sheet. I was told it takes 1 week for fixing problems, but even after 23 days I haven't got it fixed.
Reason being parts are not available for phone.
Customer care never replies to email sent.
So please beware of karbons customer service record before purchasing anything KARBON.
