Buying A21 Karbonn phone is like LUCK BY CHANCE. You get by chance a good instrument where chances are 1 in 1 lac. Most of the times your will only get a bad product with software glitches. Very Unreliable software always giving glitches does not have good service back up. Their customer service support@jainaindia.com does not respond to any e-mails, their customer service telephone numbers Toll Free Number : 18001024660 & Mobile Number : +91-8800898828 are not answered. All BAKWAS set up.
You need to visit their authorized service cetnres where customers Q up with so many software problems & have their troubled experiences to tell. My job sheet no. KJASPMH214513K3421 – Mobile Care / Thane (A21) dt. 21st May 2013 even after 30 days nobody knows when the phone is expected to repaired & delivered. I have experienced that immediately after opening the phone I realized it had a software glitch my ordeal started. I was surprised that atleast 5 to 6 customers face this problem on Day 1 of usage across all models of the KARBONN brand. Another 5 to 6 customers will come every hour informing that they face software glitch within 15 days of purchase. Only advertisement across TV / Print & Outdoor media - No DUM in the product, this will not take the company forward. I have resolved that I will continue to inform about my plight to every one & dissuade anyone of even thinking about buying this product.
