We lost our baby because of negligence and 20 days long leave of chief consultant Mr.Rahul yadav in absence of chief doctor they are operating with all students of junior doctors in NICU. They are also irregular in giving treatment in NICU. My baby born with 2.2kg weight in the period of 34 weeks. Baby suffered from lungs infection, they said that it will get cured in 1 week. After few days they said that there is a blood infection also there you need to wait one more week.
Everyday when we saw baby in father visiting hours then they counselled and told me that baby is positively responding, all functions activity and blood circulation also better and overall baby is good. Continuously 5 days they told same msg is conveying with different jr doctors in different time of counselling. They had offered a costly medicine from outside also after few days doctor called and said that the baby is suffering from fits because of severe blood infection and urine output is also very low we will consult neurologist and nephrologist.
We agreed for that and neurologist came and after seeing the baby's condition they called me and he asked me that from how many days baby with oxygen support? I answered almost 15 days.
Then that doctor shouted on Jr doctors and questioned that why CT scan was not taken from 15 days. Then they don't have an answer. Then neurologist only taken the baby for scanning and after seen the CT Scan he said that there is a blood leakage in brain thats why fits are coming thats not a big problem u dont worry ur baby has 80% of hope to recover. After treatment started for those problems. I dont know what is happening there I am just paying money for medicine and hospital bill. Still then also I am hoping and waiting from 17 days for Chief Doctor Rahul Yadav.
He didn't come and nobody is confirming when this doctor will present. After few days also baby is still in a critical condition. They are saying that we are doing our level best. After two days finally my baby is no more without presence of chief doctor, jr doctors gave treatment to my baby with complete negligence. Finally my baby suffered 21 days and taken treatment by unethical professionals.
Total amount we paid Rs.4, 25, 000 for hospital and pharmacy. Even though baby is no more. Finally I understand that after seeing many cases they are admitting min 20 days and they are charging 5 lac rupees from each baby.
unfortunately I heard the news that there only some people are said that before it is a trust and treatment is also very good and now this hospital management has changed and it is running under politicians they are given targets for every depot.
Even though we hoped a lot and they cashed on our emotions. Only God and the Dr’s only know, what had happened. End of the day our child was no more.
