Please for god shake don’t put your kids in Kanchana Paati – Nungambakkam., I have no hardship with the brand but the staffs are worst … I think the management should review the staffs and educate them else they are gonna end up in trouble…
Here comes my exp….
I sent my 1 year old daughter, all she got was yeast infection and all day crying…. Instead of taking care of the baby crying, the staffs coolly complaint to us stating that your baby was crying all the day…. All their claim of 1 baby: 3 staff is humbug… the center lack staffs ., only one aaya in afternoon and morning… The old aaya was so cruel that she pushes the food in baby’s mouth…and always gets irritated and shouts…. I was noticing all these complaint to them about this… yes the center head responded and gave solution…. However it lasts only for two days…. Meanwhile my baby was losing weight and I was instructing them to feed properly… all they said was ur baby is not eating… I’m like Is tht my baby is not eating or they are not giving enough food…
Then happened the worst nightmare, I use to leave my baby only for half a day., the evening supervisor Vasuki was soooo cruel that she will not even touch any of the babies and always carries and takes care of one rolly polly baby …. I noticed this for more than two months whenever we ring the bell she will open the door with that baby in hand and always be fond of her( I have no hard feeling towards that baby, but come on…. There are 4 babies crawling on the floor longing for the care or a simple smile…how can she be so partial with the little ones…) … I was talking to other parent thy say – May be she is taking extra money…. No idea….
At one point my baby become so cranky and started becoming adamant and crying a lot even at night and she became so sick…. I strongly feel the main impact is because of the lack of care to my baby all she longed was a bit of love and cuddles now and then…. Finally as per my doctor’s advice I had to withdraw my baby from Kancana pattii…. I quit my Job and taking care of my baby…
